Astelin the angel of InsomniaHer black hair cascading over her shoulders, the cream colored blankets bundled up to her cheeks. She couldn't get comfortable, sleep avoiding her tiresome eyes. The high mahogany window at the end of her bed portrayed a morose scene. A full, blinding white moon, the old oak's clawlike branches drifting close enough to the window to want to touch, but never do. The sky was a beautiful midnight blue...and that's what it was. Midnight. More or less. And Astelin was still awake. Sure, she may seem "too young" for insomnia. But it still happened. She wished everything weren't so loud.
